Microsoft .Net
Framework:
Positions open for junior to middle level .net programmers.
Candidate should be very well versed with .Net 2.0 (ASP.Net), C# and SQL Server 2000/2005
Very strong fundamentals with good Communication skills. Knowledge on multiple projects would be preferable.

Open Source (Linux, Apache, My SQL, PHP):
Positions open for Junior to senior level programmers. Candidates should have hands on experience on PHP5, MYSQL5, XML and JavaScript, OOPS and RDBMS concepts.
Working experience on MVC (CakePHP) and Zend Framework would be preferable.
Knowledge on Joomla, Drupal and Sugar CRM will be an added advantage.

Business Development Executive - Lead Generation:
Experience: 1-2 Yrs
Positions open for junior level Business Development Executives.
Candidate should be capable of generating sales leads from international markets including US, Australia, UAE through Database Building, Cold Calling and Emailing.
Candidates should have the best of Industry Knowledge with strong Interpersonal Skills and Team Skills.
Should be Energetic, Result Oriented and should have Excellent Spoken and Written English.

Business Development Manager:
Experience: 4-6 Yrs
Looking for Goal Oriented professional with demonstrable experience with selling customized solutions (.net, php, java etc).
Should have excellent Presentation, Proposal making, conceptualizing and communication skills.
Ability to understand solution requirements functionally, and engage a client / negotiate with a client.
Ability to present information precisely and specifically.
Solid exposure to business closures.
Experienced in consulting with and selling to overseas clients (no domestic sales exp. required).
Should be able to coordinate with technical leads to present bids and quotes.
Experience with bidding engines such as elance.com, odesk.com, guru.com or similar engines.
Team management / mentoring / leadership capabilities Adherence to internal processes including maintaining entries on a CRM system.
Exposure to technology would be preferred i.e. understanding of software practices, norms, programming etc.
"Additional Comments"
Potentially lucrative accounts can be created from projects that are posted on bidding engines. We've found some initial success with elance.com and believe that our current portfolio, along with the few projects we have won from elance.com can be used to good effect, to create multiple accounts that seem to show strong long-term potential. The candidate is expected to lead this function at the details-level and be able to create such accounts. Our emphasis will be on size and not volumes (fewer large sized projects, than many small sized projects). The candidate will be duly assisted at various levels - assistance will be rendered at the negotiation stage & core-technology related discussions, as needed.

Professionals:
Positions open for middle level professionals with hands on experience on Java 1.6.0_02, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Ajax and JavaScript
Good to have experience Plain Old Java Objects (POJO), Spring framework, Postgres SQL Server.
Knowledge on Acegi Security and Tomcat server with Apache2 mod connector would be an added advantage.
