a wallet with iNos for fixed amount over a secure connection.
This is a one-time activity. By doing this, the user gets a unique
ID with which s/he can make online payments on iNos. After that
whenever a user wants to register a game online with the iNos
, they can make the payments from their online wallet by providing
their unique Id and the password issued to them during the wallet
