Monthly Service Support
We have staff here to support you and assist you with your server. Should you need anything to make your servers run smoother we will be here available to provide you services. We provide 24x7 trouble ticketing system to server you better.
Monthly service support package comes with 15 hours of dedicated time per month for our experts to manage your server and assist you with any issues you may be having. (Please note 5 hours are allocated automatically to security and service monitoring. So 10 hours are available for ticket support.).

In any month when time is to exceed the 15 hour package, prior written approval will be required from the client unless a pre-authorized "not to exceed" time period has been established. All additional hours will be billed at the discounted rate.
Fixed hours support
You can buy fixed hours support limit to certain time periods. This includes Kernel upgrades, script installations, software/package installation/up gradation. We will maintain each hour logs with task performed. This category support comes in following bundles:
50 hours – 6 weeks
150 hours – 3 months
300 hours – 6 months
500 hours - 1 year
Per Task Support
Administration Services performed on a per-task basis. We handle most Level I-III tasks, as well as complex administration tasks. Kernel Upgrades, Software Upgrades, Script Installations and more.
Most tasks are handled within 2-4 hours. Has your script been hacked or defaced? Most webhosting providers will not upgrade this for you and will likely suspend your account or they will upgrade it for you and charge you a enormous fine to do so. Let us handle the upgrade for you. We will clean up your script and upgrade to the latest version.
