TOTO’s core audience consists of architects, engineers, hotels and contractors. To better communicate the company’s vision to their true target market, TOTO was looking for a partner that could evolve their digital presence without comprising the importance of one of their core values – the essence of Japanese Engineering.
Additionally, with millions of annual visitors to the web property TOTO needed a site that could handle massive amounts of traffic, while further showcasing how products fit into an overall plan. With new product models added daily, and additional product features to display in detail – the system needed would require instant uploading functionalities.

Solution & Execution
Using Drupal as a base, Icreon developed a 100% customized backend that allows TOTO to create, import and publish content instantaneously. Developing on top of the existing ERP, the backend inventory management system is fully integrated to enable TOTO to dynamically display SKUs based on users' needs.
As TOTO operates from multiple locations globally, the backend was developed with multi-lingual capabilities. MyTOTO - a mini library of product and product features – allows users to add specific products to their folder to compare on price, performance and more. With a variety of features for each product, prices are dynamically displayed based on the features the user chooses.
