Job Responsibilities:
• Should be able to assist in the Sr. BA/Client discussions in capturing requirements
• Have process mapping and gap analysis skills
• Be able to map the business needs into the system features
• Solution designing and should be hands on with wire framing.

Primary Skills:
• Solution Designing
• BRD
• User Story
• Business Process Flow
• Knowledge of Software Applications
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology and exposure to program management tools such as Jira and Project planning tools

Secondary Skills:
• Should have worked in of Agile practices.
• Good to be having a valid US visa
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
