Description

The Engagement Specialist will be working actively to help positively influence organization culture by implementing effective engagement strategies through Onboarding, Learning & Development, Engagement and Performance review processes. The person will be working on elevating the experience of the team. It also requires high collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives that focus on company culture, individual development, and organizational learning.
Required skills:
1. 6+ years of progressive experience in Employee Onboarding, Learning & Development and Performance management.
2. Passionate about individual development, learning, and seeing individuals reach their fullest potential.
3. Preparing and implementing effective L&D strategies and programs.
4. Ensuring successful execution of annual L&D Calendar and Engagement activities.
5. Must have excellent communication (written & verbal), comprehension, articulation & presentation skills.
6. Must be an expert with Microsoft suite of products and familiar with social media platforms, including PowerPoint, knowledge of Zoom, Skype or other video conferencing services.
7. Must be able to see bigger picture yet attentive towards small details.
8. Must be goal oriented and a problem solver.
9. Must be from renowned B-school.
 

Duties & responsibilities:
1. Determine engagement techniques through data analysis and work on initiatives to determine employee effectiveness and satisfaction.
2. Use tools and resources to measure engagement, recommend and implement action.
3. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver assigned tasks.
4. Develop customized learning paths for team members that incorporate curated learning content.
5. Track and monitor training consumption through reporting and analytics.
6. Own the L&D OKRs and provide feedback to the Managers to iterate upon programs for continuous improvement.
7. Manage existing Performance management and recognition program.
8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
