Responsibilities include -

• JIRA/Confluence administration
• Creating/updating workflows for different issue types in JIRA

• Creating various dashboards using different gadgets available
• Applying automation in JIRA
• Creating complex pages in confluence
• Preparing multiple reports
• Analyzing the data
• Coordinating/follow-up with different stakeholders
