Role in HR Operations, Written Test of Microsoft office, F2F interviews on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Responsible for on-time completion of employee induction, joining formalities including and not limited to documentation, Creation of login credentials, biometric enrollment, sharing Appointment letters, Employee codes, ID cards, opening salary account, and initiating Background check verification of the employee
Maintenance of employees' personal files, Records, and Databases.
Regularly updating, reviewing, and accurately maintaining all employee master data & files
Effectively handling all employee queries & grievances
Preparing letters as per employee requirements & company’s standard processes.
Management of Confirmation Process for all employees as per the due dates.
Managing smooth Exit Process for employees leaving the organization. Manage employee resignation process and ensure proper exit clearance
Leave and Attendance Management
Assist with day-to-day HR tasks that are essential to smooth business operations

Must have
Min 5 years of work experience in HR operations/generalist role
Strong attention to detail and innate ownership of tasks/ activities
Prior experience of working on any HRIS
Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
Ability to maintain highly confidential data
Hands on Excel, PPT, Word, MS office, Microsoft Teams
Min Qualification-Graduate
Basic understanding of PF, ESI and Gratuity
