Icreon is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager that can inspire, educate, and convert its target audience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; always takes a strategic view on content marketing; and loves managing teams and building capabilities. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will lead all aspects of a small team of content marketers and external freelancers.
As the owner of Icreon’s brand voice, you will partner closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver compelling communications across all major channels to drive growth and deliver our brand story. You'll combine creativity with strategic thinking to develop content that spans both technical and business audiences to drive measurable engagement.

Develop and edit a variety of content assets for the Marketing team - aligned to persona and buyer journey - including case studies, blog posts, ebooks, white papers, and email campaigns
Be the focal point of any thought leadership and sales support content request, whether you are creating it, editing it, or supporting other content needs on the team.
Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, improving acquisition costs on paid channels, growing inbound organic traffic, and more.
Responsible for SEO and position tracking on all focused keywords.
5-6+ years of content marketing, writing, or editorial experience at a brand, agency, or consultancy
Proven success in generating, optimizing, and repurposing content to achieve measurable impact on revenue with excellent storytelling and editing / proofreading skills.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage readers with riveting content.
Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement
