We are seeking a talented sales and marketing mind to focus on lead nurturing and converting sales leads into happy customers. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database and using inbound marketing tactics such as email and marketing campaigns to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action. You will be in charge of converting our MQL’s into Sales Qualified leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
- Help the marketing team grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Follow-up, qualify, and set appointments with prospects (MQL’s).
- Own converting MQL’s to SQL’s to hand off to the sales team
- Work with the marketing team optimize/setup our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent command of all marketing tactics, not just email.
- Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
- Some experience in marketing automation and smart list optimization to build and optimize the right nurturing tracks
- Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, salesforce administration, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
