Additionally, there was a pressing need to develop a mobile application for their sales team. This app would leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, enabling sales representatives to manage the sales process effectively while on the go. The app streamlined the sales process by allowing sales representatives to capture leads and opportunities, create quotes, take site images, and capture e-signatures directly on-site. This solution significantly improved both regulatory compliance and sales efficiency.
