We configured essential components such as SAP, SSL, IP addresses, and Reply Mail Management (RMM) to ensure secure and effective communication.

 

Our Salesforce cloud experts created user roles, sender profiles, delivery profiles, and send classifications to support robust email campaigns. Data management was optimized through the establishment of Data Extensions (DE) to handle data from Salesforce Health Cloud, along with filtered DEs for precise audience segmentation.

 

Additionally, the team implemented a dedicated sending IP for the Marketing Cloud to facilitate IP warming, ensuring high deliverability and performance of their email campaigns.
