Icreon Boosts its Growthand Geographic Footprint with Key Hire
Industry Leader Jason Van Peeren Joins Icreon as SVP of Solutions
As a customer experience transformation agency, Icreon is constantly committed to expanding their capabilities to best service their clients. That’s why they’re excited to announce the hiring of Jason Van Peeren as their SVP of Solutions. Jason has joined the leadership team of Icreon to focus on growth efforts across new industries, geographies, and technologies.
Over the last 20 years, Jason has been a successful technology and growth leader with an extensive background in the digital agency space. Working for such digital agencies as MRM and Valtech, Jason has continually pushed large scale digital transformations with a focus on emerging technologies to develop significant competitive advantage for his clients. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Jason will lead the Mid-West and Mountain region efforts for Icreon, while supporting the national and global expansion of client engagements and relationships.
"Jason brings a unique capability to the organization. Not only can he build teams on existing organizational structures but he has the rare ability to create and operationalize new capabilities at scale," says Himanshu Sareen, CEO and Founder of Icreon. " This skillset gives us the ability to react to new trends in the marketplace and offer new service offerings to our clients. Jason is an entrepreneur at heart and will be a great fit to our culture. I am excited to welcome him to the Icreon leadership team."
Prior to joining Icreon, Jason worked with industry-leading platforms such as Sitecore, Salesforce, Adobe and most recently, MACH-based composable enterprise technologies. Jason’s expertise spans across many different industries and has helped enterprise clients across hospitality, lifestyle, manufacturing, and retail to realize their customer engagement goals and drive value consistently and concurrently between brand and customer.
“I’m excited to join such a fast-growing and innovative organization," says Van Pereen. "The macro trends of MACH and composability are creating massive opportunities in many different industry verticals. I’m eager to expand these capabilities within Icreon to bring new value to current and new client organizations."
As customer experience is taking center stage for most organizations, CMOs and CIOs alike are looking for ways to continuously deliver value-added experiences for their customers, while creating new avenues for growth. Industry leaders are moving towards an agile mindset when it comes to their customer experience strategies and a composable enterprise architecture to support these strategies. This transformation is shifting how marketing and IT work together and how brand experiences are designed and deployed.
This is where true customer experience orchestration and the skillset that Jason brings to the Icreon team intersect. Jason’s experience brings together business strategy with the technologies and products needed to enable that strategy – stitching together systems, tools and processes on behalf of their client’s customers’ experiences.
