My role at Icreon has taken an interesting path. I first started my career as a team lead and eventually was promoted to a delivery lead at the company. Through various client projects, I wanted to shift my responsibilities and felt the calling towards project management. Over the past few years, I’ve been able to gradually shift into that domain; it has been one of the best experiences of my career so far.
Today, I’m responsible for working with our clients to manage project scope, timeline & risks for the initiatives they work on with us. In addition to this, I work closely with Icreon’s strategy, design & engineering groups to translate our activities into a tangible plan of execution. This also means working alongside other vendors and third-parties to effectively launching digital products
Icreon has really shifted my perception of what is important as a professional, and has taught me the importance of EQ. Having working in a variety of roles, I’ve seen first-hand how challenging communication can be on large and complex initiatives, which is why I now value empathy as one of my most important skillsets in the workplace.
