ONWARD TRANSFERS

- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) & UK Extension: Icreon complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Where the DPF does not apply, we utilize the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Some countries do not have equivalent data protection laws and may not provide the same degree of protection for your personal information, may not give you the same rights in relation to your personal information and may not have a data protection supervisory authority to help you if you have any concerns about the processing of your personal information.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, after which it is deleted from our systems.
If any personal information is only useful for a short period (e.g. for a specific event or marketing campaign or in relation to recruitment), we will delete it at the end of that period. Please note that if you are an unsuccessful candidate, we may keep your information for a short period.
If you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, we will need to retain certain personal information on a suppression list so that we know not to send you further marketing communications in the future.
PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MINORS
Our Site is not intended for use by, or targeted at, minors (individuals under the age of 18) and we do not knowingly collect personal information of minors.However, due to the nature of our organization and the Services we provide, we may from time-to-time collect and process personal information relating to minors. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However,under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sharing" is defined as disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for money.
We use services like 6Sense and Marketo which may constitute "sharing" under this definition as they help us target advertising and content based on your activity across different websites.

C. Employee and Applicant Data
We collect professional or employment-related information (resumes, work history) for the purpose of recruitment and employment. California residents applying for jobs have the same rights to know, correct, and delete their data as listed above.
